Relational Recharge: An Initiative for the People That Keep Our Company Running

At Relational, we believe the best work comes from people who feel good. This June, we put that belief into practice with Relational Recharge, a campaign dedicated to the wellbeing of our team. Inspired by Global Wellness Day, we wanted to go beyond a single day of awareness and build something that would resonate and actually support our employees. We decided to recharge as a team, as a company, as people who are connected to each other.

Chair Massage Sessions

We brought in a team of professional therapists for short, 15-minute chair massage sessions right at the office. A few moments to take a relaxing break from the desk and release the tension most of us carry without noticing.

With 80 colleagues signing up and taking part, the sessions were fully booked within days!

Office Ergonomics Seminar

We organized an hour-long seminar on setting up workstations properly: chair height, screen position, posture habits, and small changes that add up over a workday. Plus, the best stretching techniques for the office!

Attendance reflected strong interest across the company, with 120+ employees joining in. A very useful, interactive session that proved this is a topic our people care deeply about.

Why We Value This

Relational is more than our name. It is how we work and how we support one another.
It’s easy to treat wellness initiatives as a box to tick. But the turnout of this campaign told a different story. People showed up, asked thoughtful questions, and left with things they could actually use during their workday.

A sincere thank you to everyone who took part!
