Our Easter Initiative: Supporting The Smile of the Child® Through Creativity

At Relational, giving back is not just an initiative. It’s part of who we are.
As part of our ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility efforts, we recently partnered with The Smile of the Child® to support their important work through a hands on, creative initiative that brought our people together for a meaningful cause.

A small act, a big impact

Over the course of two workshop days, our offices were transformed into creative spaces.

Across both sessions, more than 100 colleagues stopped by to participate, even if only for a short while. Together, we created 300 handmade Easter candles from scratch, each one crafted with care and love.

These candles will contribute directly to supporting the organization’s ongoing efforts, helping provide care and support to children in need.

It’s all because #WeCare

It was inspiring to see colleagues from different teams step away from their day-to-day routines and come together to share a creative moment. These small pauses often become the most meaningful ones, where connection, collaboration, and purpose thrive.

Whether through CSR activities, volunteering, or everyday collaboration, we are committed to building a culture where giving back comes naturally.
