Through our Back2School initiative, we put together gift boxes for the children of everyone on our team: school essentials for our primary schoolers, and tech gifts to help our middle and high schoolers power through the year ahead.
What made the day truly special wasn’t just the gifts, it was the people who packed them. Parents and non-parents alike gathered together to assemble every box by hand, turning a simple task into a genuinely fun team moment. There was laughter and a shared sense of purpose as colleagues worked side by side to make sure every box went out with a little extra care.
At Relational, we’ve always believed our people are more than their job titles, and initiatives like this are our way of showing it.
