Connecting with the Next Generation of Tech Professionals: Relational at Developers Day & AUEB Career Days
Developers Day by kariera.gr
This year, Relational took center stage as the Platinum Sponsor of Developers Day, and the experience was really incredible!
Our team had the chance to meet hundreds of skilled professionals and recent graduates, and to discuss what it really means to build a career at Relational.
During the event, we proudly hosted two sessions. Our panel session, The Future of Development: Full Code or Low-Code? featuring Socratis Kolokythas, Business Transformation & IT Director, and Giorgos Ploumpis, CTO, and moderated by our HR Director, Anastasia Angelousi, sparked curiosity and drew many attendees to our booth afterwards to keep the conversation going.
Our workshop, Low-Code, High Impact: Building Business Solutions Faster, led by Socratis Kolokythas and Matina Passa, Service Management Solutions Team Manager, gave junior developers and recent grads a chance to turn ideas into innovation through a low-code platform. The participation and excitement were truly rewarding!
At the same time our booth was brimming with energy, as participants engaged in conversations about our open roles, our culture, and what it’s like to grow professionally in a company that invests in learning, collaboration, and its people.
AUEB Career Days
A couple of days later, we joined AUEB Career Days, where we found ourselves among 100+ selected companies. Our HR team had the chance to meet ambitious students and graduates from business, economics, and informatics backgrounds.
Beyond talking about open roles, we discussed what it means to build a career in tech.
We were there to answer questions and help attendees envision themselves as part of the Relational journey.
AUEB Career Days has been successfully connecting the academic world with that of business for years, and we are always excited to participate.
For us, these events are something more than just recruitment opportunities. They’re part of how we build relationships with the next generation of professionals.
Meeting candidates in person helps us showcase the people-first culture that defines Relational, where learning, respect, and growth are at the heart of everything we do.
