Relational is pleased to announce a new milestone in Uganda: Pride Bank has selected i-Apply, becoming our second client in the country.

This implementation is particularly significant as being the 8th installation of i-Apply in East Africa and a new one with the particular Core Banking which Pride Bank is using (Rubicon of NEPTUNE]. Pride Bank’s choice reflects a clear direction we increasingly see across the market: modernizing customer-facing lending journeys quickly, without the disruption of replacing foundational systems.

As part of the project, i-Apply was successfully integrated with Rubicon Core Banking system, as well as a dozen other supporting bank systems [internal and external]. This confirms i-Apply’s ability to operate smoothly within diverse technology environments and connect effectively across the bank’s ecosystem, from application intake and workflow orchestration through approvals and fulfillment.

With i-Apply, Pride Bank strengthens its lending operations with a configurable, end-to-end origination journey that enables:

  • Faster processing and reduced manual effort
  • Consistent workflows and governance across teams and channels
  • Greater visibility and control across each step of the application lifecycle
  • A scalable foundation to support growth with confidence

For Relational, this milestone deepens our footprint in Uganda and underscores our commitment to delivering practical, integration-led transformation, helping institutions move faster, operate smarter, and deliver better customer experiences.

We look forward to working closely with Pride Bank as one team and supporting its ambitions for streamlined scalable lending.
