Arum Certification Marks a Milestone for AroTRON

27/01/2026

Relational is pleased to announce that AroTRON, our flagship collections and recoveries product, has been awarded the Arum Approved System certification. This recognition confirms AroTRON’s alignment with Arum-Global’s independent assessment standards for collections technology, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness.
The certification reflects AroTRON’s ability to support complex debt management environments across multiple jurisdictions, while remaining flexible, transparent, and customer-centric. It also validates our ongoing focus on building technology that evolves alongside regulatory frameworks and real-world servicing needs.

A certification grounded in real operational use

Arum’s Approved System certification evaluates not only functionality, but also how systems perform in practice. AroTRON’s assessment highlighted its end-to-end coverage of the collections lifecycle, strong auditability, and the configurability required by organisations operating in regulated and high-volume environments.

Since its launch in 2001, AroTRON has been implemented across 15+ countries, with 60+ live implementations and 5.000+ users, with proven scalability in environments managing millions of accounts. This experience is embedded directly into the product’s design and evolution.
